Your new role

Here at National Highways, we are looking to recruit a Business Services Co-ordinator to join our Business Services Team in either our Bristol or Exeter offices. This role encompasses delivery of a broad range of administrative activities to support ourregional South West Operations directorate. Working in a busy administration team, they provide regional customer communication and correspondence, routine business as usual support alongside ad hoc requests. Because of this, excellent communication skills,time management, adaptability, prioritising, flexibility and organisation is crucial

What you’ll be leading on
- Customer communication and correspondence - drafting and completion to the required performance standards for quality and timeliness.
- Collation of statements of evidence and providing CCTV images where available.
- Sustaining a culture of continuous improvement through the identification of lessons and opportunities for business improvement. Participate in the delivery of improvement initiatives.
- Processing of invoice payments in accordance with National Highways Policies and Procedures.
- Provision of effective administrative support across regional teams of a technical nature
- Meeting organisation along with minute and action taking.
- Resource management and workforce planning processes.

To be successful
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (essential)
- Previous experience within an administration environment
- Excellent time management and organisational skills (essential)
- Flexibility and adaptable to changing priorities - ability to work in a fast-moving environment to tight deadlines. (essential)
