**Location**: Thackeray Dental Care, near Mansfield Town Centre
**Salary**: From £11.44 per hour
**Hours**: Part-time (3 days per week, 24+ hours)

We are currently seeking a **friendly, confident, and highly organised** Dental Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our valued patients.

**About the Role**:
As a **Dental Receptionist**, you will play a key role in ensuring our practice runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for providing a **warm and professional welcome**, managing appointments, handling payments, and ensuring patients have a seamless experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Greet and welcome patients with a friendly, professional manner
Confidently communicate details about our treatments and services
Handle patient queries, providing accurate and reassuring information
Efficiently manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling
Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Deliver **exceptional** customer service at all times

**What We’re Looking For**:
✔ **Previous experience in office administration** (dental or medical experience is a plus but not essential)
✔ **Excellent communication skills** (both verbal and written)
✔ A warm, confident, and approachable personality
✔ Strong **organisational and multitasking skills**
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

**Schedule & Work Details**:
Part-time (3 days per week, Monday, Tuesday & Friday)
8-hour shifts (Monday-Friday, no weekends)
In-person role at our Mansfield-based practice
**Expected Start Date**: ASAP
