**Role Overview**:
As a Dental Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice. Your responsibilities will include greeting patients, managing appointments, and providing outstanding customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients upon arrival.
- Communicate confidently about the treatments we offer.
- Address patient queries and concerns.
- Efficiently manage appointment bookings and payments.
- Maintain and manage the appointment book effectively.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous office and administrative experience.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage office tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

**How to Apply**:
