**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist them with check-in procedures.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring an efficient use of the dentist's time.
- Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries with professionalism.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area, creating a welcoming environment for patients.

**Requirements**:

- Previous dental reception experience is an advantage but not essential
- Proficiency in using computer systems and dental software.
- Excellent communication skills, with a polite and courteous manner.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills to manage appointments and patient records efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 37 per week
