**Sales Negotiator - First Year OTE £60K+**
We are looking for experienced Sales Negotiators with character, charm and a competitive edge to join us. The role is one of limitless variety; you will be handling a wide range of customers as well as managing your day, working with your office team and ultimately being instrumental in helping Marsh & Parsons continue 160 years of matching people with wonderful properties
**Key Responsibilities**
- Effectively build and maintain relationships with applicants and Vendors.
- Fully qualify applicants gaining a thorough understanding of the applicant’s motivation for their search in order to design the best possible tour for them.
- Plan and execute viewing tours ensuring they are designed to be as structured and fruitful as possible.
- Assessing buyers’ financial position and referring them to suitable mortgage brokers and solicitors.
- Remaining proactive throughout the conveyancing process i.e. instigating surveys and chasing up solicitors/buyers for documentation.
- Instigate the referencing process for all applicants, ensuring this is completed within a reasonable timeframe.
**Key Skills and Experience**
- Knowledge and experience of the Sales market and conveyancing process.
- A strong work ethic.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Effective communicator with strong ability to build rapport and relationships.
- Enthusiasm and drive.
- Self-motivated with willingness to learn.
- Flexible with the ability to adapt to change.

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
