A fantastic opportunity has arisen at a secondary specialist centre in Richmond. The school are looking for a fantastic hands on Teaching Assistant/ support worker in there secondary centre.
This role will be supporting a students who have complex SEN needs and physical disability. The role will be focused around assisting the students throughout the day providing personal care and manual handling when needed.
Giving the student the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential. This role will be long term so building a lasting professional relationship with the students is essential.

This would ideally suit someone with:

- Excellent communicator who can adapt quickly to situations
- Personal care and manual handling experience
- Previous experience working with complex needs
