We’re now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Bullion Operations Broker** to join our Glasgow team. **The Role**

As a Bullion Operations Broker, you’ll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of bullion operations. You’ll ensure all precious metal transactions are handled, processed, and reconciled accurately — maintaining the highest standards of compliance, security, and professionalism.

You’ll work closely with both customers and internal teams, becoming a key point of contact within our bullion department.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate daily bullion operations across departments and facilities.
- Complete and audit all trade files, including **KYC** and **AML** checks.
- Provide clients with **live bullion prices** and product information.
- Liaise with suppliers and partners when required.
- Conduct daily **cash reconciliations** and assist with reporting.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the precious metals market to improve efficiency and client engagement.

**About You**
- Minimum **2 years’ experience in customer service** or a similar client-facing role.
- Proven **high-end sales** experience with a consultative approach.
- Strong **cash management** and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with **Microsoft Office** and **Google Workspace**.
- Enthusiastic, professional, and eager to learn about the bullion and precious metals sector.
