We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our close-knit team in our Bristol Head Office. Expect a varied role where you will use your outstanding customer service skills in helping the company build its long-term customer relationships.
**Customer Service Administrator Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent Customer Service to our customers and your colleagues
- Understand customer’s needs and how we can best satisfy their requirements, in-line with our business objectives
- Work Proactively with Key Account Managers to deliver the best possible customer experience
- Ensure clear communication to all customers via their portals to meet agreed service levels
- Ensure timely and accurate quotations and follow-up to convert quotes into orders
- Work with Equipment sales team to maximise opportunities for replacement equipment
- Ensure the accurate and timely processing of follow-up work and invoices, dealing with invoice queries immediately as they arise
- Respond to all customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Record all customer communication on to the HubSpot Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Answering phone calls (customer/engineer enquiries), directing to the correct departments or responding directly to them
- Collaborate effectively with other departments, specifically sales, operations, and accounts to benefit the company as a whole

**Contract Type**: Permanent
**Hours**: Full Time, 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
**Salary**: £22,000 per annum
