The Security Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment. Duties include patrolling the property regularly, monitoring surveillance systems, walking patrol posts, identifying and resolving security concerns, and assisting customers with questions about our services.

**Shift Pattern**: 4 on 4 off nights

**Hours**: 1800hrs-0600hrs

**Pay**: £11.00 per hour

**Requirements**:

- Valid SIA licence.
- Valid Driving licence.
- A full 5 year working history to meet the BS 7858 screening requirements.
- To be able to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
- Excellent time management.
- Strong customer service.
- To be able to work on your own and also as a part of a team.
- Able to work under pressure.

**Security duties**:

- Managing access control and gate duties.
- Staff and vehicle searches when required.
- Traffic management and car park duties.
- External perimeter patrols on foot and in company vehicle.
- Provide a rapid response to any incidents on any site.
- Providing an effective Security presence and proactive response service.
- Report writing
