HR Administrator required in Stroud.
**Role responsibilities**
- To support the Recruitment Partner with the achievement and maintenance of best-practice relating to safer recruitment of staff in schools and colleges.
- Deal with general day-to-day queries efficiently in a professional manner and escalating requests / enquiries to Recruitment Partner as appropriate.
- Answering telephone recruitment enquiries, taking messages appropriately, and dealing with straight forward queries.
- To act on own initiative, working within the culture of the college to proactively look to solver problems, ensuring that confidentiality is maintained at all times.

**The person & qualifications**
- GCSE Maths and English grade C or above
- Confidence and ability to manage internal customers to high level of satisfaction
- Experience of working within an administration environment
- IT Literate
