**Overview**
**Duties**
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Utilise QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and invoicing.
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements as needed.
- Organise and maintain files, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access to information.
- Prepare reports and documents using Google Suite and other office software.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as required.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Google Suite, and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
