We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Office Administrator to join us and contribute to our mission.
**Position Overview**: As Office Administrator at Aquascape, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office, working alongside the
Finance Manager, Project Manager and Managing Director. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks that require a meticulous attention to detail, high levels of handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality, a proactive mindset, and a can-do attitude.
**About You**:You have a mature and organised mindset; love learning new things and actively seek opportunities for self-development. You love taking ownership of tasks, working autonomously, and delivering high quality results to a time scale.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Organization**: Maintain an organized and tidy office environment, including managing office supplies, ordering equipment, CRM management.
- **Document Management**: Assist with the creation, editing, and organization of documents and reports.
- **Data Entry**: Accurate data entry and record keeping, maintaining databases, and generating reports as needed.
- **Communication**: you will be the point of contact between office and engineers on site, clients, and external partners always ensuring clear and professional communication.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of accountability, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- A mature mindset and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
