Customer Inspector Scheduler

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
**What you'll do**:
As a Customer Inspector Scheduler, you will be primarily responsible for:
- delivering outstanding customer service
- liaising with customers
- booking appointments
- scheduling work for field staff within service level agreements (SLA)
- ensuring customers' expectations are met and exceeded.
**What you'll need**:
In this role, we are looking for:
- the ability to work well in a team and under pressure
- motivational skills are key to this role, as well as the ability to resolve issues, assess job priorities and ensure work is completed within strict SLAs
- a good working knowledge of the water industry is preferred, but if you are a motivated individual with excellent customer skills and the aptitude and approach to effectively problem solve under pressure, we'll ensure you get all the training you need to confidently adapt your skills to the role.
This role is available for flexible working, including job share if a suitable job share partner can be found.
