**About us**

As our business continues to expand, we are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to play a key role in supporting our funding operations.

**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supporting the commercial funding team with administrative tasks, including data entry, document processing, and client communication.
- Liaising with lenders, clients, and internal teams to gather and verify financial documentation.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties as required.

**What we’re Looking For**

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellent administrative support. Ideally, you will have:

- Previous experience in an administrative role (preferably within financial services, banking, or commercial funding).
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document processing.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
- A proactive and problem-solving approach to tasks.
- GCSE or equivalent (required)
