**Applications Consultant - The Role**:

- Work with the customer to Build and Configure Software in line with the needs and requirements of each customer
- Write, develop, and deliver training programmes so that our customers understand how to use and configure our software
- Identify knowledge GAPS with customer to deliver ‘relevant’ & ‘targeted’ training sessions
- Provide ongoing support to our customers answering queries and escalating any issues that require technical development via our dedicated Helpdesk

Applications Consultant / - **About the person**:
We are looking for a solution
- based Applications Consultant, who can identify the right approach to take when working with our clients and ultimately ensure the solution implemented will deliver the expected objectives and benefits.

You will attend client workshops to scope and define requirements and work with each customer to build & configure software in line with the agreed requirements. You will also be required to deliver user training so that our clients understand how to use our software and provide ongoing support to each client. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to translate client requirements quickly and efficiently.

**Core Skill Requirements**:

- Previously worked in a client facing role Implementing and configuring software and training clients
- Self-starter and energy to learn, develop and grow.
- Good Time Management / Organisational skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop robust and enduring relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, and customer representatives.
- Action oriented and collaborative team player
- Strong minded / Confident and be willing to ask questions to cement knowledge
- Capable of conveying complex concepts in simple terms
- Able to work effectively at all levels, with the gravitas, charisma, and knowledge to be credible in all business situations.
