We have an excellent opportunity for a **Front Office Agent** to join our team, working to a 5 AA Red Star standard. Are you are looking for a new challenge, within the hospitality industry in an established, and passionate Front Office Team.

**The role will involve**
- Directing all internal and external calls on a busy switchboard
- Knowledge of opening hours, offers and general hotel information
- Taking dining reservations for the various outlets in the hotel
- Assisting with room service orders from in house guests
- Accurately recording and communicating messages

**The essential criteria for this position**:

- Must be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service.
- Must be standards driven and detail-orientated with the ability to organise and plan ahead.
- Must have the ability to lead, multi-task, and make sound decisions in fast-paced environment.

**The desirable criteria for this position**:

- Supervisory experience within Front Office role with reception experience at a 4 or 5 Star level
- Demonstrating business and industry awareness.

The hours for this role would be 32-40 hours per week.
