Customer Operations Executive

This role is a part time contract, with a view to moving to a full time permanent role after successfully completing the 6 month contract. Shifts will be scheduled monthly and will typically be Mondays, Tuesdays & Saturdays when required. Initially a 16hr/week contract which will increase up to 40hrs during the summer.

- Experience riding a motorcycle in the UK is a plus

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer relationship management and operations: Take a key role in running the day to day operations of the business, liaising with partner schools, customers and the team, continuing to improve and automise operational processes in the business and product.
- Product troubleshooting with partners, providing ad-hoc product support and account management to out software customers.
- Account management - developing existing relationships with key partners to grow and maintain key accounts
- Driving your own insight and knowledge into building a customer centric business
- Generally rolling up the sleeves and playing an integral part of a small but ambitious and hardworking team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.50 per hour
