Digital Transformation Office Lead

Digital transformation is essential to the success of every aspect of our Company’s end-to-end business including drug discovery and development, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and our global support functions. In particular to Global Animal Health Manufacturing, within the Digital factory strategy we will look to work move forward our digital transformation through three pillars: Digital Factory Foundation, Industry 4.0 Technologies and the Digital Transformation Office.

Position Description:
This role will lead the Digital Transformation office within the Digital Factory, reporting directly to the Program Manager. The role will be responsible for delivery of the following services in to all GAHM sites globally & will have direct supervision of 3-5 FTE roles & approx 15 contractors/consultants. Direct reports will be predominantly based in four locations: Boxmeer, Prague, UK & Madison/Rahway NJ.

We are looking for a business consultant with a proactive, ‘hands-on’ leader approach. This role will support the standing up and management of the Digital Transformation office including:

- Value Acceleration, Adoption & Communication
- Digital Fluency
- User Experience

The Business Consultant should be a creative thinker and dynamic innovator with experience to make direct Impact and be a quick thinker. A natural entrepreneur, inquisitive and adaptable will make this consultant a successes in standing up and leading the digital transformation office
- Value Acceleration, Adoption & Communication_
- _ Develop change management plans to move our digital factory program forward with the right communication, at the right time, and to the right audience. This will improve our adoption of products to deliverer value to the business, quicker. _
- _Lead value acceleration to ensure value is achieved in line with business case by establishing strong value realization framework, tracking and reporting tools & processes. Ensure business case is successfully delivered and value is realized in our P&L globally._
- Digital Fluency _
- _Leads the Digital Fluency efforts in partnership with L&D to deliver digital upskilling to our GAHM employees_
- _ Coordinates working sessions and partnership activities with our external partners to drive forward the digital fluency initiative_
- _ Partners internally to align with the enterprise-wide digital program User Experience_
- Develop and maintain a suite of ‘design thinking’ tools to embed user experience design into each product
- Ensures that design thinking and user experience are deeply embedded across all digital factory streams including foundational platforms and digital innovation capabilities.
- Coach and mentor the team to utilize these tools in an effective way to drive higher levels of adoption while continuing to deliver business value
- Connects and Partners with the Experience design group within the CTO

Required Skills and Experience:

- Thought leader that can drive influential adoption and communication across the organization
- Conceptual thinker, that sees the big picture.
- Excellent communication skills, that is able to communicate at all levels of the organization up to and including c-suite.
- Extremely organized and able to manage multiple projects that are moving concurrently
- Experience in change management, agile, design thinking and program management
- Passion for digital and business strategy looking to gain experience in Manufacturing
- Experience in leading, engaging and influencing cross-functional, global teams
- Significant experience in pharma or IT or consulting
