Customer Activation Executive
Location: Birmingham
Working Schedule: Monday - Friday
**Salary**: up to £27000

The Role
Responsible for mobilisation of new customer contracts, seeking to maximise sales and provide the very highest level of customer service through effective e-Commerce transactions. Excellent communication skills are essential to engage with customers, and effective collaboration with colleagues in Procurement, Sales, Finance and IT is essential to maintain the smooth operation of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer relationship development
- Increase number of customers transacting with us through E commerce platforms
- Manage customer requirements for E commerce platform
- Discuss and Plan best portal structures for customers with sales team
- Understanding of web structures
- Demo portals to current customers to get more of them on the portal, and demo to new customers during tender process
Your skills
Strong understanding of Web structures
Experience of social media and digital activity
Experience with customer mobilisation and onboarding
Diligent with good attention to detail
