Job Summary

The Operations Coordinator works in the flight operation team and is responsible for assisting in the maintenance and production of manuals, tools and training material such as:

- Aircraft & Company Manuals
- Navigation Data
- Lifejackets & Survival Suits
- Flight and Ground Crew Procedures
- Electronic Flight Bags (EFB’s)
- Training

The Operations Coordinator reports to the Nominated Postholder Flight Operations (UK) Manager. He/she shall carry out those tasks delegated to him, such as, but not limited to this job description. He/she undertakes special projects and fulfils other duties as may reasonably be required by NP FOM.
- Respons. & areas
- Adopt national and international aviation regulations into procedures;
- Develop and update and distribute the designated manuals and documents (e.g. OM part A, B, C, and/or appendixes and supplements, Nav docs and data etc.) concerning flight execution under the guidance of the NP FOM;
- Take appropriate action to tasked findings delegated to him/her;
- Maintaining and checking, where computerized systems are used, the integrity of output data by checking these data on a continuous basis.
- Experience
- Experienced in understanding of flight operational procedures;
- 2 years of relevant aviation experience is preferred;
- Skills
- ICT-literate - specific MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Languages: English: professional level (understanding - speaking - writing)
- Energetic with a positive attitude to excel in this field
- Capable to work unsupervised
