**What you’ll be doing**
- You will host planning meetings with our field team managers, to communicate updates on plan progression, monthly performance to date, review backlog work not completed in previous months to ensure the work is completed as soon as possible.
- You will build a strong relationship with key customers including field teams, schedulers/planner and other internal teams to ensure that you become a key contact within your area.
- You will manage work not completed in month to reduce backlog work, either through cancellation, reprioritisation or completion.****:

- Plan jobs using SAP and allocate to Repair & Maintenance teams
- Liaising with Councils
- Review/update permit conditions
- Customer call backs
- Manage completion and allocation of e-digs and reactive works in-day, including related housekeeping/ permit updates
- Notifying Supervisors of changes to schedule

**What you should bring to the role**
- Strong customer service skills with previous experience of scheduling work to field based teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to take ownership of work requirements, as well as the ability to analyse data to identify potential issues
- Ideally experience with SAP and Excel
- Good understanding of the clean water network preferable
