Core services include repair, maintenance, construction and installation of utility and infrastructure assets. **Our Role**

As a Works Planner, you will work with the operational teams, the local planning authorities and customers in order to ensure that field operations are on time, and right first time across the region.

You will take information from the various stakeholders and turn it into a job for teams to complete work on behalf of Severn Trent Water. You will arrange all the logistics and supply chain elements required to ensure the job can be completed on time.

**Key Responsibilities**

We are looking for someone to use information received from multiple sources to create high quality job packs within a workforce management system

We are looking for someone to liaise with the highway authorities to ensure compliance to street works regulations and guidelines

We are looking for someone to keep customers informed on the status of their work requests and explain the steps required to complete necessary work to their satisfaction

We are looking for someone to work to service levels that achieve the customer and company’s required outcomes

**Experience and Qualifications**

Strong IT skills across the Microsoft office suite of products

Knowledge of Streetworks legislation

Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and changing environment
Great communicator with experience of managing customer expectations
Experience of liaising with multiple sources to glean information
Ability to interpret and analyse complex information
Experience of working to Service levels and individual targets
