**Supply Chain Assistant (6 month Fixed Term Contract)**

**Location**: Head Office (Retail Support Centre) Brentwood, Essex

**Work pattern**: 5 days per week (35 hours) - _flexible working available_

**Contract Length**: 6 months

**About The Role**:
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the key purpose of this role is to provide support to the supply chain team and regularly communicate with stores to support in finding solutions for any issues that arise.
- Key Tasks/Responsibilities include: _
- Delivering a great service to our store colleagues by providing guaranteed stock availability across multiple routes to store
- Communicating with stores and assisting them with ordering issues, investigating and solving any issues that arise
- Assisting with checking and sending of orders and loading manual top up orders
- Uploading new planograms, actioning product replacements as required, and allocating stock where necessary
- Providing administrative support where required by running reports or reviewing data
- Maintaining trackers
