We are recruiting a UK Logistics Co-Ordinator who will be responsible for supporting the Logistic Management team with day to day activities to ensure smooth flow of logistics and storage routines with GDP compliance.Day-to-day responsibilitiesComplete customs formalities for movement of goodsCreating CMR's as requiredLiaise with UK 3PL partner - on bookings, fulfilment, inventory controls and customers complaintsMonitor storage capacity and highlight any potential risks or likely increased costsLiaise with transporters, freight forwarders, customers, and government entities on logistics activityEnsure correct documentation is in place before movement of goods. Including, CMR's and Licences.Support administration of vehicles and drivers in-line with transport operator's licenceOrganise transport for collection of CMO products from suppliers within the EU and UKManage inbound and outbound customs formalitiestransport trackersdocuments related to managed shipmentsSupport supply chain leadership team in delivering financial and operations goals around transport costsSkills/ExperienceTo be literate and numerate to GCSE educational standardYou will ideally have experience of working within a warehouse industry, ideally in Pharmaceutical or a similar highly regulated environmentExperience of maintaining and managing effective stock control systems and processesExperience and understanding of GDPUnderstanding of import/export formalitiesGood IT experience - systems and excelAbout youwe are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate should have experience in logistics or supply chain management, excellent communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and clients, and proficiency in using logistics software to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
