Supply Chain Manager | ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Strong experience building and managing end-to-end supply chain solutions across forecasting, planning, scheduling, and logistics
- Proven capability to manage high-volume container movements (1,000+ annually) while maintaining accurate forecasts, capacity alignment, and quality controls
- Expertise in reducing slow-moving stock through data-driven interventions, product-level analysis, and proactive supply chain planning
- Demonstrated track record working directly with Chinese factories, overseeing fast-moving product lines and managing detailed, SKU-level forecasting
- Ability to optimise organisational processes, streamline workflows, and enhance operational performance through strong commercial judgement
- Skilled communicator able to collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and senior leadership to ensure seamless business operations
- Analytical and structured mindset with a commitment to operational excellence, accuracy, and continuous improvement
- Resilient, proactive, and outcomes-focused approach with the ability to lead priorities in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
Supply Chain Manager | DESIRED SKILLS:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
- Further training or certifications in forecasting, logistics, planning, or supply chain technologies
- Experience driving supply chain transformation, automation, or system integration initiatives within consumer products, retail, or industrial sectors
- Familiarity with vendor management, quality assurance practices, or product lifecycle workflows
- Interest in data-driven innovation and modern supply chain tools that enhance forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency
- Previous experience acting as a key advisor or deputy within a supply chain, logistics, or operations management function
Supply Chain Manager | OVERVIEW:
Our client, an established and fast-growing organisation, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead and evolve its end-to-end supply chain operations and ensure the business is equipped for scale, reliability, and future growth.
This full-time, permanent role holds strategic responsibility for forecasting, planning, scheduling, manufacturing coordination, and logistics management. Managing approximately 1,000+ containers annually, the Supply Chain Manager will ensure accurate demand planning, robust capacity alignment, and strong product availability across a diverse and fast-moving product portfolio.
Working closely with Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and international manufacturing partners – particularly in China – the role will orchestrate the full supply chain ecosystem to support seamless business operations. A key priority will be the reduction of slow-moving stock through granular data analysis, commercial insight, and continuous process improvement.
The Supply Chain Manager will act as a trusted operational leader, providing clarity, foresight, and commercially grounded decision-making to senior stakeholders.
