Customer Coordinator

**About The Role**
In this permanent contract, reporting to the Customer Care Team Leader, you will be the central link between the customer, operations, sales team, and the support office, to ensure our client's requirements are met in the most efficient and cost-effectiveway. Building relationships with customers, being the voice of the customer within the business and managing the sales order process through to shipment for assigned customers and affiliates.
**Specific Responsibilities**
- Build customer care strategies and follow global guidelines
- Identify opportunities for improvement in Customer Care and participate in relevant projects
- Provide support for assigned customers and affiliates to meet order requirements and escalate issues
- Work with the customer care team on customer relationships and delivering customer experience
- Collaboration with customers, operations, and sales
- Resolve requests for order changes, issues, and handle customer complaints and inquiries
- Prepare debit and credit notes, process quality notifications and customer returns
- Manage customer expectations and building relationships
- Collect customer forecasts, enter into tool and collaborate with planning on information relating to demand planning and stock positions, and participate in demand planning meetings
- Maintain accurate customer records, including customer specific information, contracts, labelling, packaging, and stock requirements.
- Follow the new customer/product processes and contribute to improve new customer experience
- Participate in customer visits and presentations
**About You**
- 3 or more year's experience in Customer Service
- Experience in SAP or other ERP systems (Desirable)
- Excel knowledge (can maintain spreadsheets)
- Organised and attentive to detail
