We are now seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team in Torquay on a permanent, part-time basis, working 15 hours per week.

**The Role**

As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for processing the monthly payroll, in an efficient, accurate manner.

Working with the Director of Finance, you will maintain the payroll system, its controls and processes. You will also maintain our employee records, ensuring that new starters and leavers are processed correctly, and administer our pension schemes.

Additionally, you will resolve payroll
- and pension-related queries and ensure we are compliant with all regulatory requirements.

**About You**

To be considered as Payroll Administrator, you will need:

- Experience in all aspects of a payroll function
- The ability to work efficiently and accurately to meet all deadlines
- The ability to understand the technical aspects of payroll and pension schemes
- To be an excellent communicator with the ability to explain technical aspects of payroll
- A passion for payroll and a strong attention to detail
