Post Completion Administrator

This role involves but is not limited to:
- sub checks, requisitions) Chasing up registrations, discharges, monthly reports)
Assist with monthly outstanding registration report
Produce daily reports for the senior management team.
Preparation of legal documents
To process all data and information in accordance with the firm’s confidentiality procedures and data protection requirements.
Chasing outstanding documents from borrowers/brokers by phone, online portal and letter (where applicable).
Liaising with the borrower to agree a completion date prior to requesting funds from the lender.
Calculate the final figures in readiness for completion.
**Requirements**:
Ability to plan and prioritise.
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Resilience and ability to challenge appropriately.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
Ability to work under own initiative.
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
