A leading Welsh charity is now looking for an empathetic **Mental Health** **Support Worker** to join the team in supporting people across the Vale of Glamorgan who have mental health and housing-related needs.

The Glamorgan support service provides focused assistance for people with mental health difficulties to move and settle comfortably within the community, as well as to live independently and remain within a stable home.

The charity itself provides comprehensive aid to vulnerable people with mental health, addiction & related conditions who are facing difficult circumstances, such as with substance misuse, the criminal justice system, or loss of sufficient housing/ employment.

As a **Floating Support Worker**, you will provide tailored guidance and wellbeing support to the people who need it, wherever they need it - whether this is within their home, or a more comfortable location for them.

The service provides support from 9am - 5pm, Mon - Fri.

**Person specification**:
You **_must_** have previous experience in providing community-based care and/or mental health support.

You **_must _**have previous experience of working with people experiencing housing-related issues.
