Support Worker

All training provided by the company.
DBS check provided.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide support and assistance to individuals in all aspects of living within the community.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Monitor and report any changes in the individual's physical or mental health condition.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote a safe and supportive environment.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, which may involve manual handling.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses or doctors, to ensure the individual's needs are met.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with individuals and their families.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when providing care and support.
- Knowledge of basic first aid however full training will be given.
- Full UK driving licence and live DBS is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £19,223.00-£21,650.00 per year
Expected hours: 12 - 36 per week
