**The Role**:
We're searching for a Coordinator to join our People & Talent team. We're looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, has exceptional attention to detail and strong prioritisation skills. The role will report to the VP of People and be the fifth member of our friendly and supportive People & Talent Team.

**A day in the life**:
You'll be supporting the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to off-boarding. Coordinating all the key people & talent activities, improving our policies and processes and ensuring they're as effective and efficient as possible.
- Managing all administration of the People Team and ensuring our employee database (HiBob) is maintained, accurate and up to date at all times.
- In charge of the employees Right to Work and Visa checks/records.
- Support the VP People with the management of our employee compensation and benefit offerings. Help develop and maintain the benefits area of the intranet/portal, ensuring information is up to date and be the first point of contact for employee queries.
- Manage our internal systems, like Udemy, LinkedIn Learning and Confluence. Ensuring licences and team pages are up to date.
- Support the Finance team to ensure complete and accurate employee data is maintained for processing of payroll by Finance for both our UK and Canada employees.
- Coordinate travel across the business. Assist with booking employee travel, including flights and accommodation for events such as team week, conferences etc.
- Identify areas of opportunity to enhance our processes to increase efficiency and consistency, and improve the employee experience
- The opportunity to support exciting People and Talent projects i.e. Employer Brand, DE&I and much more

**The successful People and Talent Coordinator will have**:

- We'd really love someone to join us who is passionate about all things People & Talent and looking to further their experience
- 2-3 years previous experience in a similar role with a general understanding of HR processes.
- You should be able to work independently and as part of a team. You'll be joining a team of five and will be working closely alongside them, as well as owning your own work.
- Strong organisational and time management skills. The world of People & Talent is busy and fast-paced, you should be able to organise your time efficiently to cope with this.
- You should have great attention to detail.
- Computer savvy and proficient in Google Suite, Slack and MS Office Professional Suite.
