Assistant Administrator Housing Developer Warrington £20 - £22k (Depending on experience) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Administrator to join a busy Commercial Department for a multi-award-winning, National Builder based in Warrington. The company are the UK's leading developer delivering high quality design and build to a wide range of new build properties, varying from luxury homes to townhouses, cottages, and apartments. Homes built to an exceptional standard. We are looking for a positive and team focused individual to join this friendly and inclusive team. As an Assistant Administrator, you will assist the Commercial department with all types of general administrative duties from preparing documents, filing scanning and all organisational needs. You will provide a timely, accurate and efficient administrativeservice and have excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders. Duties for an Assistant Administrator include: " Maintain the departmental filing system with payments information, including the filing of returned Subcontractor Order Contracts and maintaining the archive system and final accounts " Log all invoices and timesheets relevant to the department, including logging and distributing sales variation orders " Support wider departmental meetings by taking minutes and distributing these to the relevant parties along with any agreed actions " Open and distribute all incoming post for the department, as well as organising all outgoing post " Collate monthly reports for the department to present in Management/Board Meetings " Establish sub-contractor files and audit these files on a regular basis, ensuring that they are compliant with Group policies and procedures Job Description " Carry out any other reasonable administrative duties as requested by your line manager, including the printing, laminating and posting of documents Skills & Experience required: " Experience working in a construction environment would be highly desirable, although it is not essential to the role " Experience working in a similar role elsewhere, ideally within a Commercial function although this is not essential " The ability to work on your own initiative, with mínimal supervision, effectively managing your time and completing tasks in order of priority " You will be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with excellent record-keeping skills and attention to detail " Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with and support your wider team without hesitation " Proficiency with a variety of IT software, including Microsoft Office, and will have a strong command of Excel " You will be resourceful and keen to learn and take on additional responsibilities within the department Benefits Include: A competitive salary, £20k-£22k depending on experience.
