**Description**:
Customer Support Executive role within Tile Giant

This person will be all about the customer and their needs and thrive on delivering a world class service to them. They will constantly implement best practice techniques to give the business and our customers the best possible outcomes.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively with customers answering their questions, solving their problem, and taking ownership of every enquiry.
- Deliver an elite level of customer service, showing empathy and providing support to meet individual customer needs.
- Develop a full understanding of Tile Giant Services and products and all relevant operating systems.
- Achieve monthly targets and KPI’s.
- Maintain and update the CRM database.
- Manage own workflow and processes associated with the Customer Support team.
- Ensure adherence to all company regulations.
- Deliver a proactive service to our customers, leading to better relations and increasing the customers lifetime value to our business.
- Work proactively both individually and as a team to remove any barriers that may impact our customers purchasing our products.

**Salary**:
£22,000.00 per year

- 40-hour weeks:

- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
- Shifts will be confirmed a minimum 4 weeks in advance
