**Logistics Administrator**

**Location**:Ross on Wye

**Salary**:£24,000 per annum + bonuses

**Hours**:Full time Monday to Friday

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be accountable for the logistics and administration of the Demonstration process carried out by the business
- Liaise with the Sales and Marketing team to ensure Demonstration requests are actioned
- Handle queries from internal and external customers a timely fashion
- Liaise with couriers to ensure that equipment is collected and delivered on time
- Ensure Demonstration Fleet is made available to allow the maximum amount of trials to take place at any one time
- Work with the UK Service Supervisor to ensure any outstanding repairs are prioritised
- Liaise with the Business Unit Manager to ensure the team is fully supported
- When required work directly with suppliers to assist with the movement of demonstration equipment
- Monitor and assist with maintaining the appearance of the demonstration equipment to ensure it meets the required gold standard
- Coordinate with the Technical Team to ensure the necessary equipment is assembled to fulfil demonstrations
- Work with the Field-based team to ensure support is available as part of the demonstration process
- Upkeep databases ensuring full traceability of equipment
- Have responsibility for overseeing the following procurement:

- Raising purchase orders for Capital Equipment with various suppliers
- Raising purchase orders for Consumables with various suppliers
- Raising purchase orders for Repair Parts
- Raising purchase orders for 3rd party suppliers
- Ensure orders are placed in a timely manner and back orders are kept to a minimum
- Process third party repairs in an efficient manner
- Assist in the maintenance of AssetTrak, including but not limited to, adding and removing Assets and updating Service Contract Information
- Assist with the raising of Customer quotes
- Assist with the ordering of repair tools and consumables for the workshop
- Assist with the ordering of Office stationery and consumables
- Maintain and continue to develop the necessary skills and product knowledge by on-going self-development

**Key Skills**:

- Must have a good level of previous experience in a busy logístical role
- Customer focused, with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to prioritise workload and work in a pressurised environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Problem analysis and problem solving
- Adaptable and capable of working on own initiative
- Team player
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong administration expertise with good IT skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- SAP, ERP or CRM experience would be beneficial but is not essential
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build, maintain and manage relationships both internally and externally
- Pro-active approach to workload, to be one step ahead
