**Job Role**

We are seeking a talented **Graphic Designer** to join our dynamic team. This role demands a creative visionary capable of contributing across a broad spectrum of projects—from digital and social media to print and animation—for clients in the hospitality, fashion, and supplement industries. This is an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the creative process, collaborate within our design team, and make valuable contributions to a growing agency.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- **Creative Concepting and Execution**: Develop innovative ideas and bring them to life across various media platforms.
- **Campaign Support**: Assist the design team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects.
- **Marketing Collateral Development**: Create comprehensive marketing materials to help our clients achieve their business objectives.
- **Social Media Content Creation**: Design and develop engaging social media content aligned with brand activity, goals, and tone of voice.
- **Market Research**: Proactively conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with team members to generate innovative marketing concepts.
- **Digital and Print Design**: Produce high-quality designs suitable for both digital and print media.

**Who We're Looking For**
- **Experience**: 3+ years in a graphic design role.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects. An understanding of 3D modelling is a bonus.
- **Communication**: Excellent interpersonal skills; you love working with people and handle challenges with charm.
- **Passion for Brands and Social Media**: Fascinated by how brands market themselves and utilise social media; naturally curious about digital developments.
- **Up-to-Date Knowledge**: Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
- **Work Ethic**: You take pride in your work with meticulous attention to detail; always striving for perfection.
- **Drive and Ambition**: You're adaptable to the ever changing, fast paced world of agency marketing and take a proactive approach to problem solving.
- **Initiative**: Eager to learn and accelerate your graphic design career by playing a key role in building our business.

Pay: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
