Luxury British brand ELEMIS are looking for a passionate Spa Coordinator to join their flagship spa in the heart of exclusive Mayfair, working on the reception area of the boutique.

You will be responsible for managing the client booking/appointment system ensuring effective, efficient and productive use of Therapists combined with treatment availability, to achieve/exceed the budgeted treatment sales, whilst providing the highest level of client care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome clients to the spa reception area in a professional and friendly manner at all times
- Act as the main point of communication between the spa team and clients
- Be fully knowledgeable about the spa treatments and products
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets by link selling and up selling products/treatments
- Regularly update and monitor the booking system to ensure maximum productivity
- Provide a consistently high standard of client care, via the telephone, face to face or in writing,
- Handle any customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Uphold and maintain stringent health and safety standards to guarantee client welfare
- Support the spa team by updating and preparing client records on a daily basis
- Ensure front of house areas is presented at the optimum level of visual excellence and hygiene
- Carry out all till operational procedures and banking duties, cashing up and change collection

**Requirements**:

- Excellent administration skills and high standards of computer literacy
- Receptionist or Front of House experience
- GCSE in Maths and English (grades A-C or equivalent)
- Proven record of retail selling skills
- Beauty Therapy qualification desirable but not essential
- Previous professional Spa experience highly desirable
- Fully flexible with regard to working hours and shift patterns
