Spa Experience are hiring experienced Spa Receptionists to join our team at one our six unique spas in Kensington. We offer a truly distinctive concept in that as well as providing the peaceful, calm haven that you would expect from a day spa, our spas are also the UK’s first public sector spas - this means that we can make relaxing, therapeutic and beauty treatments accessible and affordable.
As a Spa Receptionist with Spa Experience, you’ll have the opportunity try some of the best products around such as Elemis, Jessica, Fake Bake and La Sultane de Saba.
We’re looking for receptionists with excellent customer service skills, who have the ability to make each and every one of our customers feel comfortable and special. You’ll be able to deliver exceptional treatments from waxing to facials and body treatments and ensure that the spa is well maintained, clean and presentable. You should being able to operate the business aspects of a spa environment such as reception, stock control and cash handling.
