**We are currently recruiting for a Spa Receptionist to join our stunning Spa and Health Club at The Retreat based within out super-boutique The Londoner Hotel.**

**Overview**:

- An Amazing opportunity to join our Spa team at The Londoner Hotel as a Spa Receptionist.
- The role of Spa Receptionist is responsible for Opening/Closing Procedures when on duty.
- As a Spa Receptionist you will be responsible for checking stock levels frequently and reporting low stock levels.
- You are also expected to set the highest standard at all times in professionalism, appearance and attitude as expected.
- Promote and sell the services of The Spa Centre and maximise the potential of all sales.

**About you**:

- Previous Spa or Health Club experience is required or an interest in developing a career within this field.
- Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets in order to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision.
- As a Spa Host you must be able to demonstrate good computer skills and telephone manner.
- A good level of spoken and written communication is required.
