Tenth Revolution Group are currently hiring for ambitious and driven people to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. This is a full time, permanent position based at our Global HQ in Newcastle, just 5 minutes from Central Station

**Your role**:
As a Recruitment Consultant you’ll act as a trusted partner to your clients, ensuring you find them the right person to fit their tech skills gap.

Recruitment is a form of sales, so you’ll need to be confident, bold and able to step outside of your comfort zone daily.
- Making a high volume of outbound business development calls (sales calls) to prospective clients. Understand clients’ needs and be able to confidently sell in the TRG solution in order to win their business
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with organisations and key decision makers.
- Building and managing relationships with both parties, providing updates, booking interviews and delivering feedback
- Working to daily targets and KPIs

**We are looking for someone who is**:

- Sales and target driven - previous sales experience is desirable, otherwise have the passion and motivation for sales
- You’ll need to be focused and able to motivate yourself in order to take charge of your own success
- You'll need to be comfortable and persuasive on the phone, confidence is key
- Goal-Oriented & Competitive - Thrive in a target-driven environment
- Resilient & Determined - You will hear ‘no’ often, but you need to be resilient to keep going, ‘a no today, could be a yes tomorrow’
