Marketing Apprentice

**Overview**:
As a Marketing Apprentice at Enferm, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute within a fast-paced healthcare staffing company.
This role is ideal for someone eager to kickstart their marketing career while gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
You will be involved in various aspects of marketing, from strategy development to execution and analysis, with a focus on driving brand awareness and supporting business growth.

**Location**:UK, Milton Keynes, MK9 1LR
**Department**:Multi-Channel Marketer, Level 3
**Salary**: £15,000 - £18,000 per annum.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**: Help manage and grow Enferm’s social media presence by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing performance metrics.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies.
- **SEO and Website Management**:Assist in optimising website content for search engines and help manage the company’s website.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyse campaign performance data and generate reports to identify trends and insights for continuous improvement.
- **Event Support**:Assist in organising and promoting company events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

- **Tech-savvy**:Familiarity with social media platforms, basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva), and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

**Entry requirements**:

- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

**Working week**:8:30am - 5:30pm from Monday - Thursday and from 8:30am - 4:30pm on Friday's.
