Our client is a **boutique lettings and management agency **with a **unique business model **based in **Battersea,** and they are currently looking to recruit an **Administrator** **to join their **friendly team**

They deal primarily within the **middle to upper end** **of the market;** therefore, you will need to be **mature and presentable to be effective** in such a sector.

To be considered for this role you will ideally have some **experience working in a property environment,** **however, our client is more than** willing to recruit an exceptional trainee who is willing to learn.**

If you are a recent **graduate** **looking to commence a career within the property industry, are highly organised and have a **friendly, positive attitude, this may be the role for you**

**Key responsibilities and skills**:

- Previous experience working in a property environment would be beneficial
- Educated to degree level
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise, plan and organise day to day activities
- Ability to develop and maintain strong, effective and professional working relationships
- The ability to use own initiative and know when to seek advice
- High standards of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive outlook and strong work ethic
- Energetic and keen to get out and about - you will be out of the office very regularly and travelling around London
- Confident and polite.

The **salary package** for this role will be in the region of **£25,000 **dependent on your level of experience. **Benefits include holiday allowance, health insurance and adorable office dogs
