**Position**: Administrator
**Location**: SW London
**Salary**: £28,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
Our client is looking for a well presented and organised Administrator to join their prestigious property company, located in South West London.
**Please note: we are only considering applicants with prior property experience.**
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in IT, numeracy and MS packages.
Experience in the property sector is desirable but not essential.
**Duties include**:
- Acting as a first point of contract for all written and verbal queries/complaints from customers and contractors.
Responsible for the filing, archiving and retrieval of documents.
- Ordering office and cleaning supplies.
- Collating and distributing monthly utility readings.
- Assisting with the preparation of staff rotas and managing any staff absences including annual leave allocations.
- Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll report.
- Assist in the management of the companies online portal.
- Assist in the formulation of Asset registers and their ongoing maintenance.
- Ensure Health and Safety actions are action-ed in a timely manner after the audit being issued.
- Liaising as required with external contractors, ensuring the right levels of compliance are adhered to.

- Constantly strive for continuous improvement.
- Delivering excellent customer service.
- Take personal responsibility for understanding and following the company's Health & Safety policies and practices.
- Able to handle confidential and sensitive information, dealing with issues and queries with up-most professionalism.
