We're looking for enthusiastic and friendly Customer Experience Assistants (Box Office) to join our team, providing legendary customer experience across all three of our city-centre venues: His Majesty's Theatre, Music Hall and the Lemon Tree.

You will bring confidence, resilience, and flexibility, be a great communicator, be calm under pressure and have demonstrable experience and understanding of customer service. Numeracy and literacy skills are important and a methodical and organised way of working is required, together with an enthusiasm for working as part of a team, including willingness to undertake health and safety related tasks such as fire marshal and first aid.

**Role 1**: On a salaried, permanent contract, you will work 24.75 hours per week on a rota basis, 3 days from 7, on a 6 week rota including evenings and weekends where required.

**Role 2**: On a flexible/minimum-hour contract, you will cover evening and weekend shifts as required.

Aberdeen Performing Arts is a real living wage employer, with the rate of pay for this role being £10.90 per hour, and we offer an excellent benefits package which includes staff discounts and offers. We run three city centre venues - His Majestys Theatre, the Music Hall and the Lemon Tree and three city centre festivals - Granite Noir book festival, True North music festival and Light the Blue youth arts festival.
