**About The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Management: Manage client bookings and interactions through various platforms, ensuring a smooth customer journey and high satisfaction. Using the PURE system to efficiently manage and optimise appointment bookings, maximising diary utilisation and client retention.
- Sales Focus: Proactively engage with clients to recommend additional treatments, retail products, and gift cards, directly contributing to overall sales growth.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team booking and sales targets, contributing to the group’s overall success.
- Wellness Support: Support the company’s wellness strategy by promoting wellness packages and services tailored to customer needs, whilst acting as spa host for visitors.
- Outreach Activities: Participate in outreach activities aimed at increasing customer engagement and sales.
- Team Contribution: Actively participate in regular team briefings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge, ensuring a premium customer experience.
- Admin Duties: Process online orders and handle administrative tasks related to client management and sales.

**What We’re Looking for in a Sales & Customer Experience Assistant**:

- Proven Sales Performance: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales and booking targets in previous roles.
- Sales Mindset: Enthusiastic about selling and able to spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling treatments and products.
- Passion for Wellness: A strong interest in the wellness industry, with a focus on promoting services and products that support customers’ well-being.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring that client records are accurately updated and all opportunities to maximise sales are captured.
- Admin Competence: Ability to handle administrative tasks, such as processing online orders and resolving customer queries.
- Approachable and Professional: Friendly, approachable, and caring in all interactions with clients and colleagues, while maintaining a professional demeanour.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in a call centre, customer service, or customer-facing sales role, with proven experience in meeting targets.
- Ability to work across 7 days, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £14.00 per hour
