**Hours: 40 hours per week (20% includes course-based learning and off the job training)**

**Shift pattern: Monday - Friday (Flexible working hours)**

**Salary: £5.50 per hour**

**Location: Bowthorpe, Norwich**

**General: Full training provided which will result in a formal qualification**

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a hard-working and proactive Customer Service Apprentice to join our team. This is an exciting and varied role, ideal for someone who wants to broaden their skillset and start climbing the career ladder.

Within this position you will have the opportunity to gain a level 2 or 3 qualification in Business Administration (equivalent to an A Level). There is plenty of opportunity for career progression, many of our apprentices go on to hold permanent, full-time positions with us after completing their apprenticeships.

The main responsibilities for this role include:

- Supporting our customers via telephone
- Helping to support our existing customer service team
- Face to face customer service in our Zatu Shop if required

- Computer literate
- Effective communication skills
- A proactive individual with a willingness to learn
- Someone who is comfortable working in a changing environment and can adapt quickly to meet the needs of the company
- GCSE's or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A-C or levels 4-9)
