We serve customers from their Norwich and Kings Lynn sites and are proud to have built a strong customer base in and around both localities.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Apprentice Service Technician to join our team in Norwich.

You will support our experienced technicians repairing and servicing a wide variety of vehicles, as well as preparing new and used vehicles for sale. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of products including traditional, hybrid and electronicengines.

As **Apprentice Service Technician,** you will gain hands-on experience of:

- The use of diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle faults
- Testing of parts and systems to ensure correct working
- Following checklists to ensure all critical parts of vehicles are examined
- Carrying out bumper to bumper overview, service and inspection.
- Undertaking repair and maintenance of vehicle parts including clutches, gearboxes, tyres, brakes and suspension.
- Completion of legible and accurate paperwork.
- Maintenance of a clean and tidy work environment.

**Training Provided**

On successful completion of the three-year programme, you will receive the following:

- Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard in Motor Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician (Light Vehicle)
- Certificate in Automotive Refrigerant Handling
- Brand-specific certifications

- Minimum GCSE grades 9-4 (A-C) or equivalent in English, Maths and Science are essential
