Are you looking for an exciting new role with an exceptional firm?
One of my clients has been in contact for a vacancy for two paralegals to join their friendly team in their central Birmingham office. This is quite a unique role as your responsibilities will be supporting on contentious insolvency and litigation matters.
As the successful applicant you will be working in a team of 6 solicitors and one paralegal, reporting to a senior solicitor and one of 2 directors, dealing with:

- Defence director disqualification work - often for high profile clients.
- Acting for and against Liquidators in high value financial recovery claims.
- Claimant and defence commercial litigation cases, across a broad spectrum of disciplines-professional negligence, Negligence, breach of contract, misrepresentation claims etc
- Freezing order litigation claims
- Private paying defence cases in criminal litigation-all company and insolvency related matters.

To be considered for this role you must have a strong background in litigation and exposure to commercial litigation and/or insolvency matters is an advantage.
