In this key role within the People and Culture team, the responsibilities include delivering a responsive range of effective, compliant and customer focused people services that contribute to an inclusive culture. The postholder will provide high volume end to end people and recruitment administration, including onboarding for all new starters, ensuring a smooth process. They will support with timely completion of the payroll process each month, and as such, good attention to detail is key for this role. This is a busy and varied role that will give you exposure to HR within an organisation that really is making a difference.

**Essential Skills or Experience**

**Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience**
- Good standard of general education
- Previous experience of working in an administrative or secretarial function including preparing standard letters, documents, maintaining effective office systems, data input and filing
- Experience of HR administration
- Certificate in Personnel Practice or equivalent qualification or experience is desirable
