LB Foster is seeking a highly skilled and experienced resource coordinator to join our team based in London - UK

The role of Resource Co-Ordinator plays an integral part in the business, assisting Head of Operations to oversee resource allocation and optimisation across projects.

Excellent organisational skills are instrumental for this role to ensure efficient delivery of projects and business objectives.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- To collaborate with project managers and Head of Operations to understand changing resource requirements.
- Maintain and update accurate resource tracker.
- Work with the supply chain to recruit additional resource as and when required.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with supply chain.
- Benchmark rates, experience, and qualifications to ensure ongoing quality of resource.
- Prepare and distribute reports on a frequent basis providing analysis of resource statistics and trends.
- Manage the onboarding of new resource and maintain resource records on an ongoing basis.
- Ensure records are kept up to date to comply with audits and legal requirements (training records, occupational health records etc.).
- Organise and book training when required.
- Provide data for fatigue management.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams in resource related matters.

**Timesheet management**:

- Ensure all timesheets are submitted and approved on time and accurately.
- Provide timesheet reports to finance.
- Assist with any queries.

**Sentinel Management**:

- Ensure all trackside employees complete and submit timesheets.
- Monitor expiries for all PTS employees.
- Ensure all resource are sponsored prior to attendance on site.

**General administration duties**:

- Open and distribute post.
- Ordering office goods i.e. stationary
- Manage office meeting room timetable.
- Booking of accommodation and travel when needed

**Experience, Education & License Requirements**:

- Experience in recruitment, labour/ resource management or a human resource role.
- Industry experience relating to construction or rail sector.
- Managing and or recruiting electricians, telecoms engineers and operatives (desirable).
- GCSE English & Maths - Grade C or above (or equivalent qualification)
- A levels or equivalent (desirable)
- Degree in HR Management or equivalent (desirable)
- Min 3 years’ Experience in resource management (i.e. recruitment, labour management) **and or**:

- Min 3 years demonstrating excellent organization skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Understanding of workforce planning (desirable)
