A fantastic opportunity has arisen to lead the marketing efforts of a forward-thinking Marketing Agency start-up, you would have the advantage of having four internal sister companies as your first clients.

The Head of Marketing role will be focusing on setting strategies and managing a team.

Working with multichannel experts across disciplines as diverse as content marketing, SEO, eCRM, and digital advertising, you’ll naturally be experienced enough to understand the uses and strengths of each channel.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Provide service leadership related to Marketing and Communications of internal companies & external clients.
- Ensure that high-quality services are delivered effectively, efficiently and consistently, whether it is direct or indirect communications.
- Make sure that the businesses marketing communications promote the right message to maintain a good brand image.
- Act as the lead Senior Manager in all Marketing and Communications activities, this means it is important that they are accessible and approachable for other employees to see them as an advisor and point of contact, to provide high-quality advice to solve any problems they may have.
- Business Development for all new clients for your agency growth.

**Skills & Experience needed**:

- excellent communication skills. You need to be highly professional in their work and work to a good standard. Time management is critical in this job role, so the ability to focus and drive to meet goals, deadlines and manage a demanding workload is key.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Digital marketing: 3 years (required)
